What is fast food? The most common misconception about it is that it will make your body fat grow and you'll need to lose weight by cutting calories drastically or buying a diet. It's not true. Most of the time, it is healthier than being overweight. In fact, some experts say that consuming too many sugar-free sweets and carbohydrates will actually make you gain weight - not lose it! Instead, eating fast foods may actually be good for your health. Studies showed that fiber absorbs water and acts like a gel when taken into your stomach. So instead of drinking plenty of fluids for thirst and energy, you can drink fewer which helps with your bowel movement.
